Return and Refund Policy

At Fleetwood Bakery Shops, every cake and dessert is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

Once a deposit is received, all orders become non-refundable.
After a deposit is made, the only form of return or refund available is store credit.
Store credit may be applied to a future order placed within one year of issuance.

If we make an error with your order (such as the wrong design, flavor, or decoration not matching the confirmed order details), we will do our best to correct the issue or provide a replacement, at our discretion.
Any concerns must be reported as soon as possible, ideally at the time of pickup or delivery, so we can address them promptly.
Because cakes are perishable items, refunds are not issued once the product has been accepted, except in the form of store credit as outlined above.

Cancellations made before a deposit is received may be canceled without penalty.
Cancellations made after a deposit is received are not eligible for refunds and will be handled as store credit only.
